A Family Business
We are not a national network or a booking app. We are a small family company, and our chauffeurs are long-tenured with us. Many of our clients have known the same faces for years.
Why Family Ownership Matters to You
When your name is on the company, every ride is personal. Maria stands behind every booking herself. That is why we own every vehicle we send and never farm out: you always get our own chauffeur and our own vehicle.
The vehicle and chauffeur you book should be the ones that show up.
Want to know exactly what that means for your booking? Read the Empress Elite Standard.
